Now that that's out of the way... 

2003 - 2007 5.9L Cummins High-Pressure MAP Adapter V2

Our MAP sensor adapter is designed for customers who have pushed past the limit of the stock 5.9 Cummins MAP sensor. With this adapter, it will allow your ECU to read and log up to 145psi (or higher by special request.)

BARO - Barometric Air Pressure Sensor

This is the sensor in the air intake, post air filter, pre-turbo on the passenger side of the engine. The Cummins ECU uses a combination of BARO pressure value and MAP sensor value to calculate the actual boost pressure. 

If you have removed your stock BARO sensor, we have a special line of MAP sensors that are read the difference between atmospheric pressure and internal pressure. These sensors will allow you to get accurate boost pressure reading without the stock BARO sensor.

For street-driven vehicles, we recommend 85psi sensors. 135+psi sensors should only be used on trucks that will see well above 100psi of boost. The reasoning behind this is as you increase the pressure range you decrease the accuracy of the pressure sensor feeding the ECU. It is far easier to tune 85psi sensors for better drivability and less smoke. Stainless sensors are for those who need to have the best of the best. We have been using brass sensors for years with zero issues, however, the stainless sensors are both more reliable in the long run and more accurate. They also cost more than twice a brass sensor and we have yet to have any brass sensors fail.

Stock MAP

I have been asked a few times to have an option that does not keep the stock MAP sensor. These are made to order, please allow 5-10 days to build. By deleting the stock MAP sensor you will lose Inlet Air Temp. This is only recommended for people who do not have an easy way to install a stock MAP sensor. 

Not all sensor combinations are possible, if it says "Unavailable" it's not because it is out of stock, it's because the pressure sensors don't exist in that exact configuration for a reasonable price.

All adapters sold prior to 9/1/2020 are V1 Calibration. 

V1 Sensor Calibration 150psi 
0.5v - 14.7psi
4.5v - 164.7psi  

V2 Sensor Calibration is included with sensor.
